In the small town of Oakey Oaks, Chicken Little (Zach Braff) rings the school bell and cries for everyone to run for their lives. This sends the whole town into a frenzied panic. Eventually they calm down enough to ask him what's wrong, and Chicken Little explains that a piece of the sky shaped like a stop sign had fallen on his head when he was sitting under the big Oak tree in the town square. However, he's unable to find the piece. His father, Buck Cluck, assumes that this "piece of sky" was just an acorn that had fallen off the tree and had hit him on the head. Chicken Little becomes the laughing stock of the town.
A year later, Little has become infamous in the town for being crazy. His only friends are outcasts like himself: Abby Mallard, who has a crush on Chicken Little; Runt of the Litter, who is extremely large; and Fish out of Water, who wears a helmet full of tap water.

The gameplay of Super Mario Galaxy 2 is similar to that of the first Super Mario Galaxy, with a focus on platforming based on and around 3D planets (referred to collectively as galaxies) with varying themes, sizes, and landscapes. The player controls Mario (or later in the game, his brother Luigi, though using him is optional), who has a variety of physical abilities. Like the original, the objective of the game is to travel to the various galaxies and collect Power Stars, which are awarded by completing levels and accomplishing tasks and are used to open access to later levels. Mischievous and rebellious nine-year-old Milo (Seth Green, voice-over by Seth Dusky) is just beginning summer vacation, and his father (Tom Everett Scott) is leaving for a business trip. With the help of tech-savvy subterranean-dwelling earthling Gribble (Dan Fogler), his bionic underground pet Two-Cat (Dee Bradley Baker), and rebellious Martian Ki (Elisabeth Harnois), Milo finds his way back to his mom.

Angry Birds Rio, a stand-alone edition tying into the release of the 20th Century Fox animated film Rio, was launched for iOS, Android and Mac OS X in March 2011. In this version, the Angry Birds characters appear in Rio de Janeiro and interact with characters from the film. Angry Birds Rio initially includes two chapters, each with 30 levels; the Angry Birds rescue caged exotic birds in the first chapter and attack evil marmosets in the second and third chapters. In the Ultimate Ninja Series line, the player controls one of the characters within the Naruto anime and manga. The simple goal is to fight the opposing character and to win by reducing their health to zero. The catch to this goal is the vast amount of weapons that appear to the characters as the battle progresses (along with items which could potentially heal the player or the opponent). Along with the various weapons available to the characters, they also have their various special abilities taken straight from the series (Naruto Uzumaki's Rasengan or Sasuke Uchiha's Chidori, for example). To use these attacks, however, the player must have the required chakra as indicated by the "chakra bars" located under the players health.

Gameplay is similar to previous Lego games in the series. The game uses the same two player drop in drop out co-op mechanics, used in all the Lego games. This is the fourth Lego game to support the two player splitscreen (the first three being Lego Indiana Jones 2: The Adventure Continues, Lego Harry Potter: Years 1-4 and Lego Star Wars III: The Clone Wars). There are 20 story levels in the whole game, for 5 levels in each movie. Players collect Lego studs, which have been the Lego games currency used in every Lego game. Toy Story 3: The Video Game is a platformer, with players able to play as either Sheriff Woody, Buzz Lightyear, or Jessie. Story mode consists of nine levels and follows the events of the movie (as well as the opening videogame sequence from Toy Story 2). In Toybox mode, players can create and customize levels and fill it with inhabitants and missions. By completing various objectives within this world, players can earn money to unlock new objects and expand their city. Some of these objects are reported to include characters from other Disney/Pixar franchises
